Problems adding workflows in SharePoint Online

I've turned on workflows under "manage site features" but I do not have a button anywhere to add a workflow. I've seen multiple discussions that show an "add workflow" button on this page but I'm not seeing anything no matter what I try. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi Jake,

Since Workflows works for SharePoint lists or libraries, please go to a list/library to add workflow. To do that:

Open a list/library>Click gear on the upper right corner>Library/List settings>Under Permissions and Management, select Workflow Settings>Add a workflow.
