OneNote File attachment missing

Question

I am working with a teacher and we are trying to upload a video from her computer to her OneNote Staff Notebook.  When we go to Insert, file attachment, then select the video, we are only given the option of "link and copy to sharepoint" or "insert printout?"  Neither of these options work.  However, a few of the videos gave us the option of "attach file" which is what we need to add/upload/insert the videos to the onenote?  Can you please help

To test, I clicked Insert>File Attachment, selected a video and got three options.

Since you mentioned, few videos gave the options to “attach file” and few didn’t. In this case, we need the following information to understand the situation better:

1. Provide the screenshot of Office 2016 Product Information. To get this screenshot, open OneNote 2016 on your system, click File>Account, capture the screenshot of all the information mentioned under Product Information.
2. Please notice the size of the video. Check what option do you get when you select the video of certain size. Verify this by selecting the video, when do you get the option copy to SharePoint and Link and Insert Printout. Is it affected by the size.
3. What is the size of the video you are trying to attach?
4. Attach the screenshot of the option you get when trying to attach the video.
