    Hello,

Msconfigured setting in Excel is one of the possible causes why it is printing the header multiple times. That being said, we advise checking the if the print setup is set to print headers multiple times by following the instructions found in this article. We also recommend recreating the file and check if the issue will occur.

Please post back with the result for further assistance.

The printer just started printing the heading multiple times.  I do use the Preview feature to check what is going to print.  It looks ok.  It does this only on one Excel spreadsheet.  I'm using the software that came with my Canon PMX 532 All-in-One printer.

    Hi,

It is possible that the printing issue is due to a misconfiguration with your printer setup. That being said, we'll need more information to properly address your concern. Kindly answer the following questions:

    • When did the issue start?
    • Is the issue happening on all Excel files?
    • Are you using a specific software to print the file?
    • Can you provide us a screenshot of the issue?

If you're referring to the spreadsheet header printing multiple times on different pages, we recommend checking this support page on how to configure headers in a worksheet.

We'll be waiting for your response.
