When I am trying to use 'Azure Information Protection' service, am getting the same error as "Failed to Access Active Directory". Not sure where I went wrong, need assistance in fixing the issue.

Also do check if https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/troubleshoot/miscellaneous/cant-connect-azure-information-protection helps you.
