    Yes. You can either use Conditional Access policies (the preferred solution if you have Azure AD Premium licenses) or the SPO/ODFB built-in controls:

    Note that both methods affect both SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and they will also affect admin access, so make sure to add the relevant IPs as allowed.
