Hi, I'm having problem with installing Microsoft 365 using my university account due to error code 0-1012 (0).

Here are the trouble shooting I've done.

-Uninstalling all of Microsoft Office programs and files

-Disabling the firewall

-Clearing the disk

-Check the lan proxy

I am connected through Wifi, have more than enough space on my computer and I only have one account on my computer so I'm the administrator.

    Hi Seokjoo,

We'd like to confirm some information before the troubleshooting.

    1. Where did you download the Office 365?
    2. You can try changing to another network environment to see whether the problem still persists.
    3. Try using easy fix tool to uninstall Office then reinstall, by the way, do you have any anti-virus software on your PC? For more information, you can refer to this article: Error code 0-1011, 30088-1015, 30183-1011, or 0-1005 when installing Office.

    Regards,

    Tisky
