Rewritable PDF Document

How can I convert a PDF document to a Re-Writable Document? Example--- I scan a job application into the computer, How can I fill in the blanks on the application then print out the application with the info on it?

    You can't actually do this with PowerPoint but you can kinda fake it:

    Copy/paste a screenshot of the PDF onto a PPT slide, add text boxes where required and fill in the data into the text boxes.

    I had to do something like this once for a whole class of students. As it happens, I have a PowerPoint addin that can merge Excel data into a "template" PPT slide and create one new slide for each row in the Excel file.  If you have a lot of these to do, it might be worth having a look at the free demo.
