Excel decompile after computer restart

I have a large excel file that has a lot of macros. It has been working fine though I did have some trouble when the file was created on a windows 7 computer and run on a windows 10 computer, where the file had to be decompiled on the windows 10 computer before I could run it. Now what happens is that whenever I restart the windows 10 computer, I have to decompile the excel file before I can use. This problem surfaced only recently.

    I understand what you write, I can guess what you're doing if you decompile the file, but for whatever reason that should be necessary, no idea.
