Hi,

My company is migrating us to Zscaler, myself and some colleagues have been already migrated and since then the gifs on the desktop app of Teams have stopped working. After contacting our support team, they told me they need the address to which the desktop app points to Giphy, in order to include it to their white list.

Any help with this?

Actually the problem is with Zscaler. THe web version of Teams works without problems, on the other side gifs don't work on the desktop app. The only solution is to go to IE-> internet options-> advanced ->reset; then they will work on the app.....for a short period of time. There must be some configuration that the Microsoft Administrator of the company is setting that is messing with the gifs on the app.

    Hi Rodrigo,

It seems like the support team is pertaining to the IP addresses of each desktops. For better assistance, we suggest contacting your IT support team to know the IP addresses of the desktops so they can add it to their white list and make the .gif files working again.

If you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to get back to us.
