Hello,

I am currently plotting graphs in my report on MS Project. However the timescales for the x-axis of the graphs are being plotted fortnightly and I need them weekly.

Can anyone help,

Thanks,

Cal

Well, it might help if you would tell us which report you are editing in Microsoft Project.  Otherwise, you leave us guessing.

In general, you can format the timescale in charts by doing the following:

    1. Click anywhere in the chart to display the Field List sidepane on the right side of the screen.
    2. At the top of the Field List sidepane, you should see the Time item selected in the Select Category pick list.  Assuming so, click the Edit button to the right of the pick list.
    3. In the Edit Timescale dialog, change the Units and Count values as needed, and then click the OK button.

Please let us know if this helps.  If not, you will need to give us more information so that we can help you.

    Hi Cal,

I'd like to confirm the following information:

    1. T he detailed reproduce steps.
    2. A screenshot of "the timescales for the x-axis of the graphs are being plotted fortnightly".
    3. Your Project client version number. (click on "File" > "Account")

    Regards,

    James
