Partner App missing?

Hey!

Quite simple, maybe not so simple. Partner app is missing, expanding "All Apps" and trying to search through my apps doesn't show me it. Coworkers experience the same thing.

Any ideas, or maybe a direct URL?

    If it is not the scenario, to better understand the situation, could you please share with us the following information?

    1. What is your subscription?
    2. Is your tenant on First Release or Stand Release?
    3. Did admin change any settings before the tile disappeared?
    4. Does the issue occur to all the users?
    5. What function did you achieve on this app?
