Problem setting up One Note

Question

I downloaded One Note for my macbook pro. After I installed and signed in with my account, i get a message that says "Problem setting up OneNote". It gives the option to close one note and try to fix it which i have tried several times with no luck. I have additionally deleted the app from my computer and re-installed it, as well as updated all of my office apps in an attempt to make it work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Besides, you may try to sign out OneNote and quit OneNote, open it again and sign in, check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, please provide the following information for troubleshooting:

1.Regarding  "i get a message that says "Problem setting up OneNote". It gives the option to close one note and try to fix it which i have tried several times with no luck. ", please provide some related screenshots to describe it.
