I am unable to add words to the MS Word dictionary. I get a message that says "Custom dictionary is not available. The word was not added"b

    Your default custom dictionary must be configured to use the same language as your text (or all languages). File > Options > Proofing > Custom Dictionaries.

    While you may have multiple custom dictionaries active, you can only add words to the default dictionary.
