I keep getting an error for two of my three accounts that I have been using with Outlook the last couple of months.
I am at my wits end trying to figure this out. I don't know what I can do to fix this crap.
I have made new passwords over and over and nothing wants to work. I don't seem to know what I'm doing. I always considered myself computer savvy, but this has me all messed up and of course I cannot get hold of anyone.

Could you please provide more information about your issue? What's your Exchange server version? And you could share any screenshot about the issue you encounter here which will be helpful to our troubleshooting.
Have you tried using OWA to login your accounts? Please also use the ExRCA tool to help determine the issue: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/o365
Note to choose the correct server version, on-prem or O365.
