I apologize for getting back to you so late. Thursday & Friday were very long days.  I tried the above "Repair" & then a few more things. I had to finally get the IT Dept from the Quick Measure app on the phone (seeing how they are in California - I had to wait on them to get in the office) and after 2 days of troubleshooting - they finally fixed it. It was on their end & in the update that they had recently done. I lost a full day of work but in the end it is good now.

I appreciate the help with this. Issue resolved.

    Hi BTPainting,

Please try the steps 1 by 1 below to see the result:

    1. Right click the Excel to run with administrator to see the result.
    2. Repair Office to see the result.
    3. Change another admin user profile to see the result if you are not the admin account.

In the meantime, we would like to confirm the information below:

    1. if the Quick Measure is the third-party add-in you are using?
    2. Does the issue happen to all workbooks (even new created ones)?
    3. When did the issue happen? Was there anything changed before that?
    4. Your Office version. You can go to File>Account>Product Information to check it. For example: 1708(8431.2031)
    5. The screenshot about the error message.

    Thanks,

    Rena
