power point projection

When I projected my PowerPoint, the videos that I took on my iPad and inserted into the presentation, flipped 90 degrees when I played the slide show.

They were normal (i.e. didn't flip) when I played the slide show on the computer without projection.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Lorie,

There are several reasons why the orientation of the video shows differently when projected. It could be due to the settings of the device, its position, or its compatibility. We'd like to ask a few questions for us to better assist you:

    • To clarify, are you using a computer when projecting the PowerPoint presentation in the slide show?
    • Did it still flipped 90 degrees when being projected if slide shows is not applied?
    • Have you tried using another projector to check if same issue will occur? It's possible that the issue is due to device compatibility.

If you're using your iPad to project the video, make sure that the auto rotate function is turned off. If you're using a computer, press the Windows + P keys, and check the settings of your device.

We'll keep an eye out for your response.
