Project Web App Date Range

Hi Comunity,

I have come to one issue. We are using MS Project Online and if we want to change date range in resource capacity planning center it throws this error:

"Please select a date range between 01/12/2016 and 01/12/2016. This range has been set by your administrator in Resource Capacity Settings."

We have setings for Resource Capacity Setting like this:

Can someone please tell me where is problem?
