Thanks for the information. I created a new notebook and that worked. I didn't find the link all that straightforward but will give it another look. Appreciate your response!

There are several reasons as to why you're having issues with sharing a notebook in OneNote. In some cases, this could be due to a corrupted file that affects its functionality. We recommend that you repair your OneNote app to repair the corrupted apps on your computer. You may refer to this link for the steps.
In the meantime, we suggest that you share your notebook online through OneNote.com so that you can check if that will work for you.
