Hi

You may try the following steps to remove the profile photo:

1.Sign in Office 365 portal.

2.Click your username and picture in the upper right corner > My profile

3.In Delve, click Update profile

4.Click How can I change language and regional settings?>click here

5.in Edit Details page, click Change your photo next to Picture

6.Expand the prompt window, on the right side of the window, click Delete, then click Save

7.Close the window, sign out of Office 365 and sign in again, check if the profile picture is removed.
