I have an intermittant problem with a "Floating" scroll bar that appears when I run VBA Application.displayfullscreen=True
The Scrollbar presents horizontally near the bottom of the screen yet i controls vertical scroll.
I am able to select cells behind this scroll bar.
This is not an active x control so I am unable to delete it.
Sometime resetting Application.displayfullscreen back to False fixes it but not always.
I did not have this issue with Excel 2010.
Does anyone have a fix for this annoying problem?
