Hi,

Kindly assist me with  issue. I cannot update or modify my CV from Microsoft word document. When I open the document everything is locked.

I appreciate your help om this.

    Do you see this happening with one document, only?

    If it happens with all documents that you open or create in Word, consider the possibility that you are running an expired trial version.
