When I try to share my document via email, it won't send. What can I do?

    • Do get any specific error messages?
    • How do you manage your emails, via mail app or web?
    • What method are you using to send or share your document?
    • Is this happening to any documents that you send?
    • Is your computer connected on a domain?
    • What is your email server type, IMAP or POP3?
