Two Excel Add-Ins Causing .NET Runtime Error

Hello,

We have 2 excel add-ins that seem to be budding heads. Maybe they are using the same dll files at the same time? When I look in the windows event logs I see a .NET runtime error at the time of crash. We are using Windows 8.1 and Office 2013. Any ideas on what could be causing the issue? I know this is a longshot but trying to see if there is something configurable on the outside rather than trying to get the vendors to change their product.

Appreciate all suggestions!

Thanks,

Drew

    Hey Phillip,

I appreciate the response. Is there anyway to determine if this is the case? Maybe in windows event logs? Everything works as expected when one of the add-ins is disabled. Just don't know what is going on when they are both enabled.

    Thanks,

    Drew
