I am getting this error message multiple times. I checked this board and it seems people resolved it with an update but I have already updated to the latest version of Word.

Can anyone make any suggestions? Writing a book and getting this message constantly is making me nuts! I keep having to save the docs under new names.  I am using Word on a MacBookPro "Microsoft Office for Mac version 15.36"

thanks in advance!

Hi Julia,

Is there any specific action you do that triggers this error?

It seems like Word is unable to save your AutoRecover info. Please try to change where Word saves the AutoRecover information and see if it helps.

You can follow the link below to change the location:

Automatically save and recover files in Office for Mac - Change where to automatically save files in Word.

Regards,

Sheen
