Runtime Error on 365 Portal

Hello,

On the afternoon of the 24th I was unable to access the Office365 Portal through Google Chrome, receiving a Runtime Error on the website however as I was able to use it through Incognito mode I ignored it.

Yesterday everything worked fine, however, Today I am unable to access the portal again unless I use Incognito mode receiving the same Runtime Error as previous. This is quite frustrating as I a lot of my daily work revolves around Office365.

I noted in this thread there was an issue on the 24th that was resolved that afternoon, however, I am still having troubles two days later and cannot see anything in the Message Centre regarding it being an issue again.

    Hi Tina,

Thanks for your help, I should have tried basic troubleshooting before I posted here :).

    That resolved the issue.

    Kind regards, Martin
