I am trying to count how many cells in the red boxes are over 2 hours and how many are exactly 0 hours. When I use the COUNTIFS function with the shown formula in the red box with yellow highlight returns a #VALUE error. I changed the formula so the counted cells are the same size among each range for the Months but that returns a 0 result.
What I'm trying to accomplish is below. The red box in the bottom section is what I would like to accomplish without having to calculate each month individually then summing them at the bottom.
Is there a way I can count how many days are over 2 hours and how many are exactly 0 without having to count each month individually and then creating a SUM formula to get the total for the season?
