Table Borders in iPad

I am trying to modify a table I made in Microsoft Word for iPad, so that some of the table borders are visible while others aren't.  For example, If I have 4 columns, I want to make only the border separating the 2nd and 3rd columns visible, and the rest hidden.  I know this is possible in Microsoft Word for Mac laptops, but I can't seem to figure it out for the iPad.  The only thing I can think of is the Table Styles, but that is more for pre-made table allignment and shading, and not for the borders.
