Forecasting issue

When trying to create a forecast for a range of 75,000 values with a forecast of 10,000 values I get the following. But the 'create' option remained greyed out even after a few minutes and I'm unable to create the forecast chart.

    Hi Rajabharathi,

    Conflicts with the Excel settings is one of the possible reasons why the create option is remained greyed out. Make sure that you have a historical time-based data so you can create a forecast in Excel. For more information on how to create forecast in Excel, you can follow the steps in this link.

    If you are still having issues even if you have a historical time-based data, we suggest that you perform a repair Office from the Control Panel. You can follow the steps in this link.
