Track Changes Color Default

I recently installed Office 2016.  I have been trying to make my track changes default to red insertions and red deletions.  I do not want the standard default of blue insertions.  I have changed this in Advanced Settings multiple times and it works on the current document.  Then when I open another document and turn on Track Changes, it reverts back to blue insertions.  Is there another setting to change that will make this the default on all documents?

Make sure that only one document is open as you modify these settings. When you are done, exit and restart Word.

Note that when you set colors for Tracked Changes, your choices apply to the current installation and the current user only.
