Given that your notebook section content can’t appear online, I suggest you try the following steps:
Note: Before trying the steps below, we suggest copying your notes elsewhere as a backup to your notebook to prevent data loss.
1)Sign out your account from OneNote, then quit your OneNote and sign in again. Then go to file>sync this notebook to check outcome.
Note: Please make sure your Mac connects to the internet.
2)Try the steps that suits the issue you encountered refer to Fix issues when you can't sync OneNote.Then let us know if there are any errors.
Meanwhile, please provide the following information to better assist you.
1)Your OneNote version and MAC OS version.
2)Please confirm if you can see the section content on your local OneNote desktop application.
3)The detail steps about how you moved all notebooks into sections.
