Hi,

I will like to ask if Revolgt Solutions it is a Microsoft partner and if it's a safe company? Basically today when I tryied to install Microsoft Office on my laptop, item that bought online, I received a unknown called from some guy saying that it's from Revolgt Solutions (08006520158)and that my network Ip was compromised and he proposed me a service for cleaning my Ip + secure my network for 1 year and after will be able to install as well the Microsoft Office. Everything costs around $200 which I did it. The guy got into my laptop and I pay it when he was loged in my laptop. I didn't get any email with an invoiced because they said that I will get it in max 24hrs. I am worried about my personal details now, bank/email/phone number if they didn't get into the wrong hands. Please help me to find out if they are working for you or not.

They sayed they are Microsoft & Mac partner. They spend 4hrs in my laptop. It's a new MacBookPro, I don't have anything yet in it apart of the apps. They installed at the end the Microsoft Office and an McAfee antivirus that they put me to buy.
