MS Forms - Is it possible to create a survey that allow surveyee to edit the answer after submission?

Urgent: Is it possible to allow surveyee to edit the survey answer after submission in MS Forms?

For example, I have created a question like:
How likely would you recommend our Sales Courses to peers? (scores 1-10)

At first, the surveyee may give 5 scores. However after few weeks by attending more courses, he may change his mind to give 8 scores. Can he use the same survey link to edit the answer?

If yes, what are the steps to set up such survey forms?
If no, any other alternatives to recommend?
