Hi,
Replace the INT(B2-A2) portion of your formula with
NETWORKDAYS(INT(A2),INT(B2))
Does this help?

Hello, I'm hoping somebody can help! I am trying to calculate the difference between 2 dates & times in excel which also excludes weekends (saturday & sunday). I've managed to find the formula which will neatly calculate the days/hours/minutes but this formula does not exclude weekends. Does anybody know how to take this formula one step further to exclude weekends between the two dates? Thank you!!

Use the NETWORKDAYS function:
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/networkdays-function-48e717bf-a7a3-495f-969e-5005e3eb18e7
like all formulas, networkdays already has a preset structure and doesn't work with the formula that I'm already using. This is why I'm asking for help.
