Hi

here is the scenario:

  • We have an office365 subscription
  • we don't have active directory.
  • we had a vendor who did the migration for the emails from POP3 server, to Office365.
  • the migrated users doesn't have Domain.onmicrosoft.com email?

does that cause any problem? and how can we get this back?

thank you

Hi RubaAbo,

How did vendor migrate the users from POP3 server to Office 365 via using 3rd party tool or else? Please provide detailed information about this.

When you say” the migrated users doesn't have Domain.onmicrosoft.com email”, may I know whether the users are using custom domain (e.g. @contoso.com)? If so, please make sure that whether the domain.onmicrosoft.com has added as an email alias to a user. You may edit the user using Admin center to confirm it. For your reference: Change a user's email address

Moreover, please provide us with the detailed screenshots about the issue via Private Messagefor further analysis.

Best regards,

Shyamal
