Onenote sync Error code: 0xE0190190 bdf5i

I am having a sync error pop up saying " We're sorry, something went wrong during sync. We'll try again later. (Error code: 0xE0190190 bdf5i). this is preventing me from creating new notebooks in OneNote.

This link unfortunately did not help but I did figure out a solution. I just deleted the notebooks and entered them back in and everything seemed to be fine. thank you for trying to find a solution!

    There’s a possibility that the sync issue is on your server. We recommend that you check out this link. This will provide you steps on how to fix issues when you can’t sync OneNote.
