Presenter Mode, wrong slide appearing

Hello,

While in Presenter Mode, in the view that allows for the whole deck to be visible, when we select a slide, sometimes a completely different slide will show up. I was certain for a while that this was user error, until it happened to me a few times. We bought a new computer but the issue still remains. Has anyone experienced this? Any thoughts?

    OK, you can provide the updates when you have time.

    And, do you mean the issue happens everytime when you use it?

    Please create a new file to see if the issue also happens to the new created presentation.

    1. How often does the issue appear? If that is convenient for you, we would like to collect the issue video. I have sent you a private message to collect it. Please access it via this link. I don't have a video of it but I'll see what I can do this week. I work at a church and the slides are part of our sunday service. It happens about once every service.
    2. How many computers have the issue in your organization?

    We have a designated slide computer. It was a laptop and I was so sure it was the computer that we bought a brand new dell desk top. The issue has not gone away.

    I will try 3, 4 and 5. and get back to you.

    To help you narrow down the issue, we would like to collect the information below:

    1. Office version information via File > Account > Product Information to get the screenshot like below (please help us move any private information to protect your privacy)
    2. How often does the issue appear? If that is convenient for you, we would like to collect the issue video. I have sent you a private message to collect it. Please access it via this link.
    3. How many computers have the issue in your organization?
    4. To check if the issue is related to the Office program itself, run Office online repair.
    5. To see if the issue has something to do with the Office addin, run Office safe mode
    6. To see if the issue is affected by some third party programs, run Windows clean boot.
