Visio - Error saving drawing as HTML page

I have difficulties trying to save a Visio 2013 (and even 2016) file as a HTML webpage.

When I try saving to file, Visio gives me the following error "An error occured while attempting to save the document. Pages created may not be valid."

I already tried following actions, but nothing could solve the issue.

  • repaired Visio 2013
  • reinstalled Visio 2013
  • installed SP1 (KB2817443)
  • installed latest update (KB3118344)

Can anyone help me with this problem

Thanks in advance.

What's your detailed Visio version number? Click File > Account > About Visio to collect the information.

    Hi

My issue hasn't been fixed so far. The issue happens every time I try to save a Visio drawing as HTML webpage, even when I try to save a simple drawning with one shape on it.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

How about your issue currently? Has the issue been fixed? Does the issue happen each time you save Visio drawing as HTML webpage?

You can try to create a new bank drawing, drag one shape in page, then save it as HTML webpage. Confirm if the issue can be reproduced.

    Best Regards,

    Winni Liang
