The two different versions are killing me. I'm trying to use the App version which I think I will like better long term. However with the App version set as the default app for everything I can set it to - Hitting the Windows Key + N for a quick Note doesn't post the note where I set Quick Notes to go in the App version. It appears to still be using One Note 2016 and when I open 2016 I see Quicknotes on the bottom left at the end of my notebooks.
Using it as a replacement for real physical sticky notes it would be nice to set it to one place and have quick notes go to the same notebook on both my IPhone Version my Desktop App Version (I guess is what they are calling it). Set it once and forget it makes too much sense so I have set the APP on my Desktop and the App on my phone to use the same notebook, but using the Windows Key + N still uses 2016 and puts them where ever it wants too.
