Excel / Account error

I'm trying to clear the Account Error in Excel. I have tried three different prevalent passwords, they will not clear the error. The next step is to change the password. The question being if I change that password, what other software/login is it going effect and what other password am I going to have to change?

    From the graphic I gave you I see no link that says Account name. Please advise where I can find this.
