SharePoint Guess Access link changes

hi,

I notice since yesterday our SharePoint Online file guess access link changes to something like 

https://mytenantname.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/OS/EV\_hXkj\_DCRLuVphgaG63YcBCbA4g\_tKbQjtYbgcQ

Before it was 

https://mytenantname.sharepoint.com/sites/\_layouts/15/guestaccess.aspx?docid=02c7d380947b58c2c59425cafa271&authkey=ARppKPC8kyz7npYqVC4

This actually impacts how we access the files on SharePoint. Can any expert advise why this happens and how to revert back to previous format? Thanks

To narrow down the issue, could you please provide the following information?

1. Check if the situation occurs on all SharePoint sites.
2. Check if all users have the situation when they get access link.
3. The account information. As we need to check if it is related to the account.
