Hi JanineTCD,

Did you try the test account on your app? Please update as when you have time.

Regards,

Neha

Hello Neha,

We use SharePoint online. I am experiencing the same Alamofire error. I am using IOS 11.2.1 (Latest) and SharePoint app 3.7.0 (Latest). I would say over 3/4 of our company does not have access and gets this error. I have two admin accounts, one is a normal office 365 account, the other account is running first release updates. The normal account can access the sites on the SharePoint mobile app but on the other account running first release updates, they cannot. They get the Alamofire error. I have tried clearing account cache and signing out and back in again. I have also removed and reinstalled the app again. The accounts that get the alamofire error can sign in to a sharepoint site on a computer without any trouble. The IPhone users that cant get in get the Alamofire error and the Android users get the you don't have permission error.

Any suggestions would be great!

Thank You,

Brian Knutson

Hi Brian,

Thanks for you report the issue.

I noticed that you have posted a thread on our forum.

As our engineer has tried helping you and collecting some information to narrow down the issue, I suggest you provide the information on that thread, our engineer will keep working on it:

users on IPhone or Android not being able to sign in

Thanks,

Qing
