In previous builds of Word I was able to add  "Email as PDF as Attachment" button and the "Publish PDF or XPS" buttons to the Quick Access Toolbar.  I do not see the buttons any longer.

I do see all the icons missing and have contacted Microsoft.  They initially indicated that it was a Office 365 limitation, but the technician was willing to concede that it may be resolved in a future update.  "I have heard that many times"  He did give me a customization import file so that I could add the icons in the interim.

With Word 2016, Version 1706, there are hundreds of commands missing from the Customize Quick Access Toolbar facility.  I have however seen reports that the problem has been fixed in the next update, which should be along shortly.
