Is the Microsoft Forms application available in a desktop application? Can these forms be integrated with SharePoint?

Microsoft Forms help you to create quizzes, polls and survey forms easily without using Microsoft Office like Word or Excel. Regarding your concern, we currently don't have the information if this will be available in the desktop version since this is currently available online by going https://forms.office.com. But that's a great idea to have a desktop version of Microsoft Forms. We suggest that you raise this to our Microsoft Forms Team by going to this link.
