Cannot open Pivot Table from excel 2016

I cannot open pivot table from excel 2016 with allert: 

"This PivotTable connects to an external data source that's not supported in this version of Excel"

Please help?

    Sorry that’s my fault. I didn’t notice you had a Mac.

    Here is a link to instructions on a “clean startup” for Macs to see if a background program is interfering with Office.

    If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to uninstall and reinstall.

    Were you able to open it before? And in Excel 2016 or an older version? Has anything changed such as an update?

    You could try doing an online repair of the installation.

    I can open normal excel, but this particular file I cant open (analytics data), received every week but cannot open the pivot. the repair installation link its not found...any other source?

    I just updated my excel to 2016 and result the same...
