Design Ideas

My design ideas option is not working. I did the first two slides and it popped right up with the suggested layouts but after that nothing would come up. I tried going under Design and choosing Design Ideas manually and it says 'to get design ideas, limit your slide to just text and pictures', which is all that is on my slide. When I go back to the first two slides the Design Ideas pop right back up with more options, but anything after that just keeps saying 'Try this' and I am super frustrated. Thoughts?

This feature is available only to Office 365 subscribers. Please go to File > Account and see whether subscription product is written. If not, then you are not Office 365 subscriber.

If you are an Office 365 subscriber -

Please try one by one and verify after each step

    1. Please check if File > Options > General, both Enable Services under Office Intelligent Services and Automatically show me design ideas under Powerpoint Designer are checked.
    2. Please check out following troubleshooting steps and let us know the feedback

    1. Try logging into the Windows with a new profile
    2. Right click on Powerpoint icon and Run As Administrator
    3. There is a possibility that some Add-in is causing the problem. To rule this out, start Powerpoint in safe mode. Hold CTRL key and click on Powerpoint icon. Don't leave CTRL key, till it asks for the confirmation about safe mode.
