Excel not sorting some names correctly

Hello 

I am using Excel in Windows 10. HP computer bought in fall 2015. I use it frequently to keep membership for a state wide poetry membership. So I reorder from regional branches to alphabetical name listings. Never a problem. I used the same system on the old 13" laptop. No problem.

As of this week, the names alphabetize about 90% correctly. The side columns also stay with the name as they should but about 10% of the names seem to be randomly scattered.

What else can I tell you?

    Utilizing the sort feature on Excel allows you to have an efficient worksheet. To further assist you with your concern, we'd like to know the following:

    • A sample of the action that you're trying to perform.
    • A screenshot of the activity that you're trying to perform on Excel.
