I have been trying to change the password and remove two party authentication on an alias email that was assigned to me when a staff member left and i am unable to find this email address anywhere on on the users list 365 through the admin panel.  Is it possible to edit an alias and if so where do i find the account.  Thank you.

Hi Shani,

An alias is another email address that people can use to email existing Office 365 account.

For your reference: Add another email alias for a user.

You can find alias emails by clicking Admin>Users>Active Users>Assigned user's name.

And you can't edit alias email after you created them.

If you have any concern about that, I’d like to suggest you create a new UserVoice to improve our products better for you and others. I appreciate your understanding.

Thanks,

Neo
