Hi,

Every now and then, I find my PC on the next morning. I don't know why this is. Is there something in the Event Viewer that can explain this to me?

As you can see, I turned off my PC just before 1 AM. It started itself up just before 6 AM.

I do see that twice now a security update has been installed that same morning. So is it because of Windows automatically updating? I don't dislike that feature so I wouldn't want to turn it off, but if that's the cause here's another question: Why doesn't my PC shut down after an update has been automatically installed (I have "use my log-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart" turned on)?

For obvious reasons I don't want my PC on unsupervised for many hours in the morning. Nor do I want to turn on a setting that automatically turns off my PC after, say... an hour. Can anyone help me out to figure out what's up?
