I just recently installed Microsoft OFFICE 21016 on my Windows 10 machine and noticed when I was setting up my ribbon at the top of WORD that the "close folder" is not there anymore. Is there a way to find it and add it or is it just a thing of the past?

Make sure that you have updated your Office installation.  In an earlier build, a lot of the commands went AWOL from the Options>Customize Ribbon and >Customize Quick Access Toolbar dialogs.  They were re-instated in Version 1706 (Build 8229.2103)
