Update excel for android

Hi

I'm using a samsung a5 2016 (sm-a15f) with android 7.0. When i want to update excel it freezes during the installation. Without the update i can't synchronise to my excel on my pc. How can i solve this problem?

    Hi Igor,

    This can be an issue with the connection or application itself. Make sure that you have a stable connection to apply the update. You may try using a different connection such as WiFi. You may also try to restart your android phone to refresh the system. If you are able to install applications fine, you may also try to uninstall and reinstall the Excel. It will then install the latest version of the application.
